Experience, motivation and courtesy are the best words to describe our management and technical team at Autotech Performance. Owner and manager Denis Cordeiro has put together a multidisciplinary team of technicians who are not only qualified, but passionate about car mechanics.
THE OWNER
Denis Cordeiro is an owner manager whose journey in the auto mechanics business began in 1990. He started out as a customer service representative then moved on to manage a franchised Mr. Muffler workshop for 14 years and gained a great deal of experience in the process. Ready for bigger challenges, Denis launched Autotech Performance in 2003 by purchasing the St-Charles Boulevard garage in Montréal’s West Island. He hasn’t looked back since! On the contrary, he’s always looking forward, searching for ways to continuously improve his business’s services, staff, management, equipment and technology. He has plenty of ideas and projects and the vast majority of them have come to life. Now that’s what we call leadership!
Denis Cordeiro also runs a karate school on the top floor of his garage. He has been practicing karate since childhood and is now a 5th dan Master in the World Kanreikai Karate Organization. Shihan Denis is a most dynamic and successful karate instructor; it’s that same energy he brings to his garage.
THE TECHNICAL TEAM
The members of Autotech Performance’s technical team are cut from the same cloth as its owner and manager: they’re competent, hard-working, dedicated, honest, dynamic and passionate about auto mechanics.
Patrick Duchemin is our branch manager and has over 20 years of experience in auto mechanics. He joined the Autotech Performance team in 2019 and has since ensured that each of our customers receive high-quality service.
He takes all our customers’ satisfaction to heart and customer service is his number one priority. Whatever the problem, you can count on Patrick to find a solution!
Richard Lévesque is a CPA-certified mechanic who began his career in 1990 and joined Autotech Performance in 2003.
